From day-zero idea to a brand built to lead serious decarbonization conversations.

I joined Decarbonaid at the very beginning. The founding team had a strong startup idea, but no clear brand system to communicate it. We needed to turn an early concept into a credible market-facing identity that could carry strategic conversations with decision-makers.

Climate ambition framed through financial clarity.

The core insight was clear: the brand had to make technical decarbonization strategy feel clear, credible, and boardroom-ready. From day one, the goal was to position Decarbonaid as strategic operators, not sustainability storytellers.

I translated that into a complete visual system with custom illustrations and a website designed to make the proposition clear, structured, and usable in real client conversations.

Decarbonaid needed a brand that made complex decarbonization strategy feel concrete, financially grounded, and ready to act on.
